Torres have been hard to beat at home, going unbeaten in their last five matches with two wins and three draws, but that unbeaten run has been built almost entirely on level scores. Three of those five came level — a 0–0 with Vado at home, a 1–1 at Forli, and a 1–1 at Campobasso — and the current run is three consecutive draws. Their home record over 20 games tells a similar story: 6 wins, 9 draws, 5 losses, at 1.35 points per game. The draws are the defining feature of Torres's home record, and that's where the underdog angle lives.

Atalanta II travel with a mixed bag. Their last five matches produced three wins and two losses, but the most recent result was a 0–2 home defeat to Ravenna, and their away record over 20 games is 5 wins, 7 draws, 8 losses at 1.1 points per game. They concede 1.55 per game on the road and have failed to score in 6 of those 20 away matches. Their last 10 across all venues shows 4 wins, 2 draws, 4 losses, with 1.3 goals scored and 1.5 conceded per game.

The head-to-head is dated — the two sides last met in May 2025 in the Serie C promotion play-offs, with Torres winning 2–1 at home and Atalanta II winning 7–1 at their own ground. Those results are historical and don't carry much weight for this fixture. What matters more is that both teams' records point toward a tight, low-scoring affair. Torres have kept under 2.5 goals in 3 of their last 5 matches, and 12 of their 20 home games have finished under 2.5. Atalanta II have had 13 of their 20 away games go under 2.5.

The counter-argument is that Torres did win two of their last five — 2–1 against Pianese and 3–2 against Ostia Mare, both at home — and their home attack averages 1.05 goals per game. Atalanta II's away scoring of 1.15 per game is actually slightly higher than Torres's home scoring, so a goal or two is likely. But the draw-heavy nature of both teams' records, combined with Torres's current three-draw run, makes a level score the most probable outcome. The market prices Torres as the favourite at 2.18, but the numbers say this is a game that ends 1–1 or 0–0 more often than it produces a winner.

Key Points:

• Torres are unbeaten in 5 but have drawn their last 3, with 9 of 20 home games ending level

• Atalanta II's away record is 5W 7D 8L over 20 games, with 1.55 conceded per game

• The head-to-head is 17 months old and split 1–1; current form and venue records carry more weight

• Both teams' records show a strong under-2.5 tendency: 12/20 for Torres at home, 13/20 for Atalanta II away

• Torres's home draw rate (9/20) and Atalanta II's away draw rate (7/20) both support a level score

I'm backing the draw.
