Green, white and never quiet
Turn up at Celtic Park on a big night and the place hits you before a ball is kicked. Sixty thousand people, green and white hoops wherever you look, and a noise the east end of Glasgow has been making since 1892. On 20 September 2026, 59,650 squeezed in for the visit of Rangers, the biggest league crowd of the Scottish season.
Celtic have never done anything by halves. A club founded to feed hungry children went on to become the first British side to win the European Cup. On 16 May 2026 they sealed a record 56th Scottish league title, one more than Rangers, and a week later the Scottish Cup made it a double.
The Celtic FC story has everything: Brother Walfrid, the Lisbon Lions, Paradise, the Old Firm and Martin O'Neill's second coming. We'll walk through all of it, then get practical with the markets that matter when you bet on the Hoops and our angles for the rest of 2026/27.
