Corrections and feedback

Accuracy matters on a site that people use to make betting decisions. If you spot a mistake, tell us. If you have a suggestion or a complaint, we want that too.

Send us a message through our contact page. To help us act quickly, please include:

• the page address (URL) or the name of the page
• what you think is wrong and, if you can, what it should say
• a source or screenshot if you have one, such as an operator's terms page
• the date and time you saw it, because odds and offers change

You do not need to be an expert. A short note is enough, and we will ask if we need more.

1. Review. We check the report against the original source, whether that is the operator's terms, a data feed or a regulator's register.
2. Fix. If it is a genuine error, we correct the page.
3. Note. For significant corrections, we add a short dated note to the page so that readers can see what changed and when. A significant correction is one that could change how you read the content, such as a wrong bonus term, a wrong score or a factual error in an article. Small fixes, such as typos, are made without a note.
4. Reply. Where you gave us a way to reach you, we let you know the outcome.

We normally respond to reported data errors within 24 hours. Bonus terms and live odds can change by the hour, so reports about those are checked first.

• We do not remove or alter a recorded tip result. Every tip is logged at real bookmaker odds at the time and sealed, and no bet is ever deleted, win or lose. If you believe a result was recorded wrongly, send us the details and we will investigate, but a result that simply went against a tip stays.
• We do not change a review score because an operator or a reader prefers a different number. We do change it when new evidence shows the original was wrong.

We welcome ideas about features, leagues you want covered, pages that are hard to use, and anything that would make the site more useful. Use the same contact page. We read everything, though we cannot promise to act on every suggestion.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a correction or you have a concern about the site, say so through Contact and mark your message as a complaint. We will look at it again with fresh eyes.

For problems with a bookmaker or casino itself, such as a withdrawal dispute, contact the operator first. We do not run or control any betting accounts, so we cannot change what an operator does. Our reviews explain which regulator licenses each brand, and the operator's own complaints procedure is the first step.
